EasyLazy d.o.o. is a company from Split, Croatia, that develops EasyLazy, a platform that combines a fiscal cash register with online booking, mobile ordering, ticket sales and sunbed rental in one system. Guests book, order and pay from a QR code or a link, with no app to download and no sign-up, and every receipt is fiscalised automatically.

## Who we are

The company was founded on 24 February 2025 by Miljenko Baković and Zoran Miliša. The solution is built by our expert team based in Split. The company's strategy and vision are set by its director, Miljenko Baković.

Miljenko Baković is an entrepreneur and software enthusiast with many years of experience in developing technology products. He built his career at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Rimac Automobili and Rimac Technology, where he worked on innovative solutions for the telecommunications and automotive industries. He is most interested in product development and project management, especially in turning good ideas into concrete, scalable solutions.

## What we do

The platform is built for any business that sells services or manages bookings and payments, whatever its size or industry: hotels, resorts and campsites, beaches and beach concessions, hospitality venues, sports and recreation centres, excursion, tour and event organisers, outdoor activity providers, beauty and hair salons, and equipment and vehicle rental.

- Fiscal cash register with automatic fiscalisation, in the same system as bookings and orders
- Ticket sales with QR tickets that staff validate in the same system
- Online appointment booking: sports courts, spa and wellness, salons
- Mobile ordering from the room, beach, pool or table, with the guest's location
- Sunbed and parasol rental with self-service payment via QR and NFC tags
- A real-time view of sales, occupancy and revenue
